From small beginning…
Mantovanibenne started doing business in 1963 owing to the determination and keen insight of its current chairman, Mr. Alberto Mantovani. He made the decision to give up carpentry work as a young man, in order to devote himself to his real interest: mechanics.
Production consisted of buckets and arms and his total dedication to work, together with the strong desire to succeed, immediately cast Mantovanibenne onto the scene with the leading companies in the earthmoving sector.
Then came the 1970s with the company becoming more and more successful, on through to establishing itself as one of Europe's most prestigious leaders in the production of buckets.

A new dimension
During this period, the company was transformed into an industrial dimension, including the relocation to its current headquarters. The plant is located in Mirandola, Modena. This area is well known the world over for its long-standing, prestigious tradition in the field of mechanics. Occupying an area of 5,000 m² in 1968, the plant grounds now cover 18,000 m², of which 9,000 are indoor facilities.

Innovation & ambitious goals
Constant market growth coincided with the growth of the company and investments were sustained continuously for the acquisition of advanced technology and to increase product offerings. Buckets were flanked by demolition equipment, which would soon see Mantovanibenne among the leading producers in Europe.
Design and production were completely computerized with the aid of Cad-Cam systems and the entire production cycle was organized according to Just-in-Time logic, permitting perfect job planning and on-time delivery to customers and thus ensuring accurate and quick service. |
